How to Find Your Device's Make and Model

Don't worry — we've got you! Finding your device's make and model is easier than you think. Here's a simple guide to help you locate this information so we can get you the right part, fast.

📱 Smartphones & Tablets

Option 1: Check Your Settings

iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings → General → About → Look for "Model Name"
Android: Go to Settings → About Phone (or About Device) → Look for "Model" or "Model Number"

Option 2: Check the Back of the Device

Many devices have the make and model printed on the back or along the edges

Option 3: Check the Original Box

If you still have the box, the make and model are usually printed on a label

💻 Laptops & Computers

Option 1: Check the Bottom or Back

Flip your laptop over — look for a sticker with the model number

Option 2: Check Your Settings

Windows: Press Windows Key + Pause/Break or go to Settings → System → About
