How to Find Your Device's Make and Model

Don't worry — we've got you! Finding your device's make and model is easier than you think. Here's a simple guide to help you locate this information so we can get you the right part, fast.

📱 Smartphones & Tablets

Option 1: Check Your Settings

  • iPhone/iPad: Go to SettingsGeneralAbout → Look for "Model Name"

  • Android: Go to SettingsAbout Phone (or About Device) → Look for "Model" or "Model Number"

Option 2: Check the Back of the Device

  • Many devices have the make and model printed on the back or along the edges

Option 3: Check the Original Box

  • If you still have the box, the make and model are usually printed on a label

💻 Laptops & Computers

Option 1: Check the Bottom or Back

  • Flip your laptop over — look for a sticker with the model number

Option 2: Check Your Settings

  • Windows: Press Windows Key + Pause/Break or go to SettingsSystemAbout

  • Mac: Click the Apple logo (top left) → About This Mac

Option 3: Check the Original Box or Receipt

🎮 Gaming Consoles

  • Check the back or bottom of the console for a label

  • Look on the original box or purchase receipt

⌚ Smartwatches & Other Devices

  • Check the back of the device for engraved text

  • Open the device's settings app and look for "About" or "Device Info"
